Trauma Conscious Yoga
Yoga groups utilizing the Trauma-Conscious Yoga Method.
This is not your typical yoga class- classes will incorporate self-study, somatic therapy elements, breath work, meditation and some gentle asana (poses/movement). Beginners to yoga are absolutely welcome.
